This will be the 3rd year we have been using QR codes at my school. I have modeled using them for PD, my teachers have been using them, and we use them for family nights. QR codes were all over the place at #ISTE13!!!! *Disclaimer - QR codes are not the saving grace of education but just one more tool for your toolbox for student engagement.
I took lots of pictures of QR codes because it was faster to scan from a photo than to try to stand there and get the QR lined up just right to scan with my QR reader app. When I had time I could go through my pics and scan the codes.
